Annie Wiggins

Welcome to the 2021-2022 school year!

My name is Annie Wiggins and I am your English teacher for this school year. I am a proud graduate of Tate High School and a member of the class of 2006. After graduation, I went on to attend The Florida State University where I earned a Bachelors of Science in English Education Grades 6-12. I later earned a Masters of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of West Florida. This will be my 12th year in the classroom and I am so blessed to be back at Tate for the 5th year.

I am a cheerleading coach here at Tate and I am so blessed to work with such talented and dedicated athletes. l am also the proud sponsor of the Junior Advisory Board and I am looking forward to working with the student leaders of the class of 2023.

As a professional educator, I believe that all students can achieve the goals and reach their full potential.  My focus as an educator is to build relationships with my students while teaching them the skills needed to be successful in the classroom and in the real world!

I am so excited to be your teacher and look forward to a great year of learning and growing.

When students are absent it is their responsibility to ask for makeup work.
