Austin Courson

Welcome to the 2021-2022 school year!  The Tate Agricultural Education Program and Tate FFA Chapter is buzzing with a new era of leadership and ready for new opportunities.  My colleagues and I have been extremely busy over the summer developing and planning an amazing year of classroom instruction, FFA activities, and Supervised Agricultural Experience Programs. 

I would like to introduce myself.  I am Austin Courson your Agricultural Educator and FFA Advisor.  I graduated from Tate High School in 2009, once an Aggie always an Aggie!  I then served as the 2009-2010 Florida FFA State Secretary for the Florida FFA Association.  I attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management specialized in Global Logistics.  I also, hold a Masters of Education in Educational Leadership from the American College of Education.

As a professional educator, I believe that all students can achieve and reach their dreams.  I am so excited to be your teacher and look forward to a great year of learning and growing.  “Growth is never by mere chance; it is the result of forces working together” James Cash Penny.
